For creator and partner accounts used to submit Instagram posts for spots on the map. You don't need an account just to read the website, and these terms don't apply to that.
The provider is Michel Hendrik Boeck, Carrer del Volanti 44, 07310 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain, email: michelboeck97@icloud.com (hereinafter “we”).
Your content stays on Instagram and remains yours. By submitting, you allow us, free of charge and non-exclusively, to display the link to your post together with your name, your Instagram name and your tip on this website at the respective spot, including in the website's language versions. We may shorten your tip or correct typos without changing its meaning. This permission ends as soon as you withdraw the post or delete your account.
Every post is reviewed by us before publication. There is no entitlement to publication. We may reject posts or remove them later, in particular if they breach these terms, are no longer available or don't fit the spot. In the event of serious or repeated breaches, we may suspend an account. If you believe a post infringes rights, write to us at the address above.
You are responsible for the content of your posts. If third parties make claims against us because of a post in which you breached these terms, you will indemnify us against these claims to the extent you are responsible for the breach. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise only under statutory provisions where they mandatorily provide for liability. We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it.
You can withdraw your own posts at any time in the creator area. You can have your account deleted at any time: just send an email from the address you log in with to michelboeck97@icloud.com. When we delete the account, we delete your profile and all your posts. We may also end the usage relationship at any time with two weeks' notice by email, or immediately in the event of serious breaches.
If we change these terms, we will inform you by email at least four weeks in advance. If you do not object before they take effect, the new terms apply. We will point out this right to object and its consequences in the email. If you object, either side may end the usage relationship.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
